William was probably the most professional encounter I’ve had so far with the company in the three years dealing with them. This is the first maintenance technician to ever call me and ask me what it is I am experiencing and what I’d like the outcome to be. Also, he did more than what was asked of him, that is also a first in the 3 years of asking for help. If it were up to me I’d ask specifically for him every single time as the previous individuals just seem to be, excuse my french: half-assing it for a paycheck.. give William a raise, He deserves it.

He did a great job with my faucet! It took a lot more than we originally thought would need to be done, but he was able to adjust and get it all taken care of. I appreciate him! He did a fantastic job!

Shane Owens ( maintenance) was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He arrived on time. Quickly identified the issue, and fixed it right away. Also took time to explain what he was doing and make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I really appreciate his attention to detail and friendly attitude. Great service.

William was GREAT fixed my hot water tank in less than 10 minutes and stayed to check on it after it was lit. He also came on Saturday!! Amazing

This is a 5 star for Shane the maintenance guy specifically! He was so kind and helpful. He worked diligently and was able to identify the problem and come back next week to finish the job. Super nice dude and great at his job.
