Roosevelt Row Apartment Homes

Me and my Fiance were touring places near here. Thankfully Brady was able to fit us into their schedule and show us around the place. Roosevelt Row is not only located in a very nice spot, but also had incredible amenities! The gym was the biggest we’ve seen out of all the places we toured and the pool was like staying at a luxury resort. Also helped too that the leasing agents live on property so we have someone with first hand experience with living here to ask questions. Definitely at the top of our list

I went and toured this property today and had the pleasure of meeting Brady ! The property was absolutely stunning . The pool area really gives you a resort feel , it was my first time ever witnessing so many residents actually utilizing the amenities. The best part was the rooftop , you get a 360 view of Roosevelt and all the shops and restaurants located along the sideways . In addition to being completely satisfied with the apartment tour I have to give a round of applause to Brady he had a fun energetic energy that was very much appreciated throughout my tour . He was so super professional and welcoming .

Joanna was very helpful throughout the whole process, from the tour and even after my move in. Move in went smooth, and there elevators big enough for my furniture, which is a big plus. Maintenance is also very responsive and quick. Overall the building and amenities are clean and I have so far been enjoying my time living here!

My experience at this Apartment complex has been very positive. A few items of note: Staff is responsive to tenants needs; amenities (gym, pool area, common areas) are impressive; & overall upkeep/cleanliness is solid.

Brady was super helpful throughout the whole process. He showed us multiple units, answered every question clearly, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He was knowledgeable about the building, amenities, pricing, and made everything straightforward and smooth. You can tell he actually cares about helping you find the right place instead of just trying to close a deal. Highly recommend working with him.
