Roosevelt Plaza Apartments

These apartments are horrible the kids din dong dich very loud at night Overall just a bad area don't live here.

Very bad apartments there street is always dirty with trash or broken glass that can hurt kids especially in the playground. Inside of the apartment is very old inside of these apartment the colours are very depressing with the doors being brown.The Laundry’s don’t even work it never cleans or dry clothes it just takes money without it working very filthy🤢

Alexander was very friendly and helpful highly recommend him and this establishment

This is good apt and it has good Manager I still live here since 7 years ago and I never seen an a problem it’s peace and really good clean and good workers I rate 9.8 which why it’s my favorite so I don’t want to move out because it’s safe

This apartment is very horrible. Today a crazy man came and chased so many kids and it scared my child and I was afraid that this happened and it’s not safe here and she makes the rent higher than it already is
