Estate Sale. I unfortunately had to sell my parents home after their passing. This can be a quite challenging endeavor living in another state. I set up interviews with a few realtors, but got lucky in meeting with Roni first. I knew she was who I needed to work with and had to look no further. That gut instinct was right on.
