Roney Palace Real Estate

Valet made us pay double die to a Hispanic gentleman telling us we can pay ahead of time. We gave him 20$ then validated our parking and they charged us another 18$ (they said would be 30$ without validation) and we have 35$. When we left, the original man was no where to he found. Over all, not happy with the service.

My brother rented a condo for 3 weeks. I spent some time with him. Unfortunately, they neglected to tell him that the pool was under construction and that the lap pool was booked for a week by someone. That left only one pool to be used prior to Easter week when I was visiting and it was the pool belonging to Hotel 1. It was jammed! The owner should have leveled with him regarding the construction. The lobby is also under construction. If you want to rent at Roney Palace, ask if there is any construction going on and if the pool is complete. If not, ask for a major discount.
