This is a very personable builder with the most luxurious, uniquely modern, stunning and unsurpassed quality of homes in the hottest and exquisite neighborhoods.

During our home search we came across a Ron Davis Custom Home that was in our desired neighborhood. It was one of their new projects-- there were no pictures or details available yet just a floor plan. So it was hard to imagine but the plan had everything we were looking for, so we kept it bookmarked. Over the next few months, as we continued looking at other homes, we would periodically check back on the listing for updates. Eventually photos, build descriptions, and details were posted and the home we bookmarked quickly turned in the house we loved. We visited the house as it was nearing completion, and we were impressed with their attention to detail both in design and craftsmanship. Toured a home from Ron Davis and loved it ....a lot of builders say they are custom but are really only semi-custom builders ...Ron Davis is the real deal ..check the unique way they build your foundation and how much they can save you on your energy bill

There are numerous custom builders in the DFW area. Do your homework. Our experience started strong and ended in a disaster. I truly believe they are a good family but just in over their heads when it comes to the amount of homes they are currently building. Tens of thousands were lost in my experience with them RD Custom homes. I hate to write this review but I believe I am doing someone a favor.
