We have been so happy in our R&H home, going on now 8 years. Anything that ever needs addressed, Brad has made sure it’s done correctly. We are proud to own an R&H build, and we will definitely buy from them in the future.

We purchased an R and H patio home in the Sunbury Ohio area several months ago. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the construction and the ease of working with their customer service folks for the couple of small items that needed attention. In addition, as they are finishing up with our development, they just automatically went through the entire area making repairs to concrete sidewalks / curbs that were damaged during the construction process. No one had to ask for the repairs, they are just doing it because it is the right thing to do. If you are in the market for a new home, In my opinion, you would be hard pressed to find a better builder in the Central Ohio Area or one that cares more about the customer.

I can’t say enough how much everyone across all teams has been just exceptional to work with. Their build quality and service is leagues above every other home we have ever owned and viewed when we were house shopping. Especially if you building new with them, all of the worries we had building a home were immediately quashed once we met with them, their premier vendors, and went through the process. Everyone told us it would be stressful, but it was just a delight. Thank you to Amy, Ben, Brandie and everyone else involved!

I have been in my RH home about 4 years now and felt it important to provide feedback to other potential customers considering this builder. My entire experience with this organization has been horrible. It started with seemingly endless quality issues over the first 2 years and continued with a horrible RH warranty service manager assigned to me from day 1 (his name is Mark Siemer). I was told at the time of purchase that RH was a high end builder and that their warranty/ servicing approach was to make it right for the customer. That was not entirely accurate to say the least.
