Rollingwood Place Apartments

It's not that old, and the apartments are very nice. The grounds, stairs, and hallways are full of garbage. It needs a heavy duty pressure wash and strewn garbage picked up. Really trashes the place by not having a dedicated groundskeeper. Do better.

Very nice apartments. I Have been staying there for over a year. Plenty of parking. Nice area for the kids to play. Grill area is also nice. You have a fitness room, computer room, laundry room and a conference room. Update Apartments are still nice, However they have started letting anybody move over here. I don't think they do a credit check anymore. TRASH CAN AREA IS HORRIBLE.

I came to look at a 1 room apartment and I loved it!! The office is beautiful and they have a place you can grill too. The apartment is big too! Not bad for the price either but I make too much to live there but I wish I didnt! I loved that apartment

I moved from an area from this area because a shootout occurred and mom and I were moved out because some holes were in here truck and excuse until later for our intitaled coverage soon as well.🤬☢️🎪

They never answer the phone and they are never in the office my elderly aunt has been without AC for over three weeks she has to spend most of her day outside because it is cooler outside than in her apartment l have spoken to other tenants and they are also without AC this a violation of the Housing Policy if the ac is not fix by 06/23/2023 I will take legal action
