The Rolling Ridge is an amazing place! It’s conveniently located near Walmart and all essential facilities. Most importantly, the team is incredibly kind and friendly. A big shoutout and much respect to Laura, the best manager!

Rolling Ridge Apartments has a great location and outstanding management. Laura Cornwall, the manager, is both professional and friendly. My stay here was a wonderful experience, and I truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere

It’s a great place to live at, doesn’t matter if you are single or with family, It’s a quiet neighbourhood .You can call this place Home. Grocery stores are close, excellent school district… Manager is always helpful, very professional and is always nice to residents.

My husband and I lived in a two bedroom here for almost four years. This place is a gem. The rent was very affordable for the Latham area. This is a great “starter apartment.” When compared to other apartments in the area, Rolling Ridge is very spacious for the rent you pay. The closet space is unlike no other. The apartments are in walking distance of a shopping center. You have a grocery store, salons and a restaurant right in walking distance. If you need repairs, maintenance will fix it in less than 24 hours or on the same day. The apartment complex was quiet with very little noise.
