Rolling Meadows

I made an appointment to come look at one of their properties as a prospective tenant and confirmed the date/time with Traci the office manager. After driving 30 minutes there I found the office was closed - a no call/no show on behalf of property manager. Emergencies happen, I get it. But a simple call or text to reschedule would've gone a long way towards keeping my prospective business and avoiding this one star review. Thanks for wasting my time and gas

They are well kept but they discriminate against kids the property manager purposely points and picks on kids for no reason she told my kids they can’t color outside with chalk “on the ground” it makes the place look bad. What is that? Then continues to tell them they can’t play outside in the lawn no flowers in the way just grass so what’s the issue my issue is why do you yell out of your car window at kids instead of coming to the parents that’s the law you are not to address a minor without a parent or attorney present so who do you think you are to yell at kids? You won’t talk to the adult because the kids are not harming anybody nor are they harassing anyone they actually help a lot of the neighbors up there by holding doors and taking bags in for the elders in the building so I’m con

I have lived at Rolling Meadows over 15 years. I can honesty say the owners and staff really care about the property. If something needs repaired, they address the issues right away. The grounds are kept clean and the grass is always mowed. I feel very safe living here. This is a quiet clean and affordable place to live.

I've been here Over 5 yrs. The Office personal have always been friendly and helpful. The maintenance man is beyond great always there to help.And always goes beyond what you need. Friendly and fixs it right always cleans up any mess he made. Apts are bug free , clean ,and lg.master bedroom. Lawn always maintained. People friendly also. Highly recommend this place. Also Smoke free and No pets. Perfect for me.

It's Christmas evening no snow removed with road nor sidewalks. Very sad for elderly. In the rental agreement this would be taken care. No mention of holiday, not covered. Sad
