Rolling Hills Apartments

I am a current resident here and from day one of my application up until me signing my lease has been nothing but horrible communication and lack of integrity . Berlinda Charisma and Kristian are just lazy . They don’t keep their word or follow up on anything . Yet when you walk in the office they not doing NOTHING to keep them so busy . Maintenance is a joke I have one of the staff members on my ring camera after hours using the model unit … Ive asked for things verbally nothing so I started creating a paper trail same thing they don’t respond or say they will and nothing . My apartment has mold they told me oh the buildings are old run your a/c 24/7 to keep it down . I told them I can’t open my windows after two maintenance men came and couldn’t open them I was told oh the buildings are

I absolutely love these apartments! The management team is incredibly responsive and helpful; especially Cassandra, always addressing any questions or concerns quickly. The location is perfect, for my living situation. I highly recommend this apartment complex. Thank you Cassandra, once again for helping with this process and being a great manager of this complex.

I live in this apartment I have two years in this horrible apartments they never give good service all here horrible there is no air in the apartments I have a friend who is pregnant she has been without air every day for a month She is in the office for the same reason you have to wait for the air to arrive it remains the same without arriving this apartment is bad.

I love this apartment! The office staff and maintenance team are always helping me. Ej is a good maintenance man and always handles my work orders fast! Cassandra and Charisma go above and beyond to make sure I’m always good! I would recommend to live here!

I have been living in this apartment complex for 8 years so far . The new management has indeed cleaned this place up alot ‼️ We use to see gun fights and people fighting everyday. Now we do not see that . When you go into the office they help you anyway they can . Cassandra is the best property manager by far we have seen for this complex. And charisma helps is anyway she can when you have a problem with rent or anything else .
