Receive a call from the Rollin Acres office and I heard the lady voice on speaker, don’t worry I will make sure you receive disposition letter just making sure you don’t owe anything then said my Mother name so sweetly . My Mother asked do you have my new address then repeated it. The lady said yes. ( we requested office to correct address written on move out form. I wish someone had warned me: this place feels less like a home and more like poorly maintained low-income housing. Seriously, if you value your health and peace, look elsewhere. The walls are paper-thin. I hear everything—from the person above me using the restroom to the person next door having sex. It is impossible to have any privacy or quiet time. On top of that, people constantly blast music so loud the bass physically shakes the walls of my unit. Every time a neighbor closes their door in the hallway, my entire apartment rattles. The hallways are consistently filthy and disgusting. The property management does absolutely nothing to maintain basic cleanliness. Don't even get me started on the fire ants—they are a pervasive, ongoing pest problem that management ignores. The building

DONT MOVE HERE. This apartment complex should be nice and quaint. However, the property management company INSISTS on doing inspections CONSTANTLY. Over the course of our 13 month lease, they have at least come in for 10 inspections, and that doesn’t even include the times we needed maintenance done. I have told them many times this irritates me and they seem not to care. They insist on doing X thing this month and Y thing next month. I asked them why they cannot do them at the same time and they didn’t have an answer for it. It appears to be a failure in schedule management or it could be something with malintent, I don’t know. We have chosen another place to live for this issue alone as the inspections are common, invasive and unreasonable in frequency.

We met Anna on our first visit to Rolling Acres Reserve. Some people just set you at ease when you first meet them, and Anna is definitely one of those people. Since my wife and I are both computer illiterate senior citizens, I'm sure she had no idea how much help we would need. But she was wonderful to us through the whole process, and we are really looking forward to moving into our new apartment. (Anybody need some free moving boxes ?)

They cant treat the outside for fire ants, so we have had issues for 5 months with ants inside our apartment. They have sprayed at least 5 times, and the issue is still unresolved. I vacuum and clean daily, and kill ants every single day. The final straw is seeing my baby getting bit by ants while playing inside. I am so disappointed. I am sure they would not want their family or loved ones to live in these conditions.
