If you don’t receive your deposit by the end of the month call the main office for Concord Rent follow the instructions provided to send an email request, PAY CLOSE ATTENTION: our experience after calling the main office about the deposit. Receive a call from the Rollin Acres office and I heard the lady voice on speaker, don’t worry I will make sure you receive disposition letter just making sure you don’t owe anything then said my Mother name so sweetly . My Mother asked do you have my new address then repeated it. The lady said yes. ( we requested office to correct address written on move out form. Don’t trust them to do it go back to fill out new froward address form or follow the instructions submit an email request for t

The maintenance man who worked on my apartment today (Richard) did a great job replacing our bathroom faucet. He was very efficient and friendly and has done a great job, anytime our apartment needs maintenance!! I highly recommend him to anyone!!

Wonderful Office staff, knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely happy to help always. Maintance crew great, answered any and all questions. Put a request in and within 30 minutes the issue fixed! Love living here.

Luis and Richard came to fix my fire alarms due to low battery’s. They both were very friendly, quick, and made sure everything was resolved before leaving. Luis has done maintenance a few times in our home and he is always very calm and kind. T
