Rohoic Wood Apartments and Townhomes

this apartment ain't bad...except that you got people blasting music EVERY day, night, weekend....they just have NO care in the world and just think that everyone else wants to hear their trash music. can't even begin to UNDERSTAND what is going on through their minds. like why they can't get something called earphones or just go inside their rooms and listen to their music quietly like NORMAL people. then you got people cooking bbq right outside on the sidewalks and blowing smoke right up everybody's windows.....just take a walk around and see who has grills. then you got kids running around and throwing balls that hit everybody's cars. then you got trash laying around the sidewalks every week because adults can't behave like adults. then you got people who don't even LIVE here coming in

I’ve Lived At this Apartment complex for a few months now and Every thing has been fantastic I’ve had zero problems, Everyone is so nice and respectful and do the best that they can to make sure everything is taken care of Taylor was the one who helped me get everything put together and the whole process was smooth, she did Amazing and was patient with me with every question or concern that I had, Overall experience was great!!!

I've lived in a handful of apartments in my life and this community is the best. The Sarah, Stacie, and Jordan in the office are amazing. The maintenance guys are top notch. I've had a few issues that needed to be addressed over the years, and they respond quickly. I've also worked night shift a majority of my time here and they try hard to work with my schedule when they can. They are also so understanding when issues do come up - you just have to talk to them to give them a chance to address things. They always have things planned or do little things for the residents. Bingo monthly, a breakfast on the go, holiday activities, they encourage decorating the patios and doors and even your pets and have contests most years for these. I’ve been living at Rohoic Wood Apartments, and it has truly exceeded my expectations. The management team and front office here are exceptional—always responsive, friendly, and attentive to any concerns. The neighbors are fantastic, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes this place feel like home. Additionally, the entire community is impeccably maintained, with clean and well-kept common areas that reflect the care and attention put into the property. If you’re looking for a place that combines great management, wonderful neighbors, and a beautifully maintained environment, I highly recommend Rohoic Woods. It’s been a five-star experience all around!

I contacted Rohoic Wood Apartments earlier this year to inquire about available units after I saw the many good reviews in comparison to other apartments around the area. From the start, Jordan was extremely helpful, took the time to answer all the questions and concerns I had, and assisted me throughout the application process. When I finally moved in, Stacie immediately helped process a couple of work orders - all of which were completed the same day. Never before have I encountered an apartment management team who has been as helpful, friendly, and efficient as Rohoic's.
