I've moved into duplex managed by this company. I've been having plumbing issues since I've moved in. These issues were preexisting... the whole drainage system is not up to date. They threatened that it be ab tenant charge if I create more maintenance request. The plumber from 9 drains lied on me and blamed it on tampon. The toilet. Tub, bathroom sink and kitchen sink bag drainage issues prior to me moving in. I've been charged $217 because I made too many maintenance requests. This duplex is very old and it appears the landlord made little to no up dating the unit. I regret renting from them

We had an absolutely disastrous experience with Rognas Realty that I can't recommend strongly enough against. The communication has been nothing short of abysmal. We sent them an email requesting an itemized invoice three business days ago, plenty of time to respond to just one email. Oh wait, they still haven’t responded. So we’re talking about a total of five days of silence. If Anna Rognas holds the title of real estate agent, she should seriously reconsider her career. I’ve never encountered such a lack of communication in any professional setting — especially in real estate, where timely correspondence is crucial. It’s utterly appalling. I strongly advise staying far away from this company. Their unprofessionalism and dreadful communication skills make for a truly frustrating experie

Terrible Experience. Rented out a house through them for 2 years and had nothing but trouble. From broken flooring to not being able to do laundry to rodents, insects, and Mold. All being explained to them from the moment we moved in and nothing being done. Communicated to them constantly but them and the landlord they manage for were all shoulder shrugs. Now they are making us pay for them having to “take care” some of the issues upon us moving out. Even with proof they said “oh well” essentially and are charging us. Do Not do business with them. They do not care.
