Roger Plaza Apartments

I went looking for an apartment for a friend.  I found a community. They are locally owned with the owners frequently on property. Several of the long term tenants took the time to say hello. One just kept saying it was a quiet complex. I overhead one applicant being advised that drugs will not be tolerated

Nice place I have been living here for 2 yrs now. I always get repairs complete I. A timely manner. Management is awesome she takes every tenants best interest in hand. Security is goid and control of problem tenants and undesirable guests is stayed on top of leaving property safe.

We lived here for over a year. The manager is amazing, but the landlord is awful. We lived in three different units and not a single oven worked. AC was not very good and the landlord never really bothered to fix it. The manager tries to get things done but can only go so far. Bonus was it was easy to get into even with a rough credit history. But glad to be out of there.

Loved it when I lived there

Well i moved in almost 2 years ago and let me tell you Andy has cleaned the place up with a lot of help from his crew and the kindness that comes from him and his crew is nothing but AMAZING i love my little home it really is a great place to live🇺🇸💯😍🐎
