My apartment was broken into by people in the complex. They kicked the door in and it was so cheap it was broken in half. I filed a police report and informed the landlords. They came to fix it but gave me a no cause notice to move out. As if I’m the reason the apartment was broken into. These people are exactly what everyone says they are. They weren’t going to let us move in if I didn’t have a husband because I have children.

I wish I could leave zero stars. This was the worst landlord experience of my life. So many issues arose while living there and they were always slow to fix any of them. I constantly caught them watering the grass I had already watered, driving my water bill up to $600 one month. They refused to help pay for that. I was at home nursing my son when they just walked in. They lied to me and told me it was an inspection. I told them they had to give me due notice. They left and never called, or came back with notice We had been there a month. Caught them looking in the window countless times. After six months I had a few complaints that I tried to address with Mary and she told me it wasn't her fault that I messed my life up so much that I had to live there. I called Roe Reality about a for rent sign located in 2637 Soledad Way, North Las Vegas, NV,89030. The man asked me if the house would be for me or someone else. I told him I was calling on behalf of my parents. He then asked me if my parents spoke English, I told him not fluently. He then told me he couldn't rent the property to my parents because they didn't speak English. I assured him they spoke enough to be able to communicate and if anything I also live in Las Vegas and I could translate. He said they don't rent to non English speakers and to please be understanding about it

I see I should have checked the reviews before even calling.... I called to get information re: a rental they have posted on craigslist.... before even getting my application, I explained that I am an independent sales rep and the second income in my family would be from a BIG business in the area. The woman on the phone declined to even allow us to see the home because their "insurance" doesn't allow people to work from home... or run a business.... I said I cant check and send emails from home and the business is based in Los Angeles... she insisted. I think she passed judgement as if I was not giving her accurate information. I am happy they passed I believe she did us a favor.

These people are not landlords more like SLUMLORDS. I mean u cant expect to much for 525 a month and no deposit. But u live and you learn. My girlfriend our 3 year old son and i lived in one of their properties for 1 month and was forced to call a pest control guy due to tomany bugs. They had to pay for it and dident like that. They started talking disrespectful to my girl when i was at work and comming up with things that were untrue to give us fines and kick us out. That was enough for me. These folks should take some of there own advice and "Go To Church."
