Kristina Platonova was our Real Estate agent when we were buying our townhouse in Van Nuys in 2018. From the very beginning she shows us her professionalism in the real estate. If you ask me, don’t even think to work with them they have agent her name is Hilda Tabrikian She working with Home, who work against the law horrible people she represent they don’t want to pay deposit by the end of the lease treat customer is not nicely. Do yourself a favor don’t call them.

Only 1 star because I can't give 0. I found a listing for a house for rent and I called to set up a viewing. When the lady listed as the agent answered I told her I was interested in the listed property. She then rudely asked me to tell me about myself - I started with my name to which she condescendingly asked 'is that supposed to be a last name?'. Once we cleared her disapproval of my name I went on to tell her about my family and me and after a few minutes of telling her about us she says 'umm yeah I've already shown it a lot and there a lot of applicants already so I don't think you can apply, sorry' to which I simply replied 'I don't think you are but thank you anyway'.
