The listing broker was Adi at Rodeo Realty, but our communications were handled by associate agents Jed and Ivvon. We inquired in December and viewed the property in January while it was under construction. Over several weeks, we were repeatedly told it would be completed soon, including specific statements about flooring arriving February 19 and completion “that week.” After submitting our application and fees, the property was relisted while we were still waiting for clarity. We also received conflicting information about whether another applicant had secured it. We never received confirmation that our application was presented or screened. We ultimately moved forward with another home.
Jordyn is such a joy to work with! She knows a lot about the homes and neighborhoods in the valley, and is very sweet and friendly. She took the time to work with us to find a terrific place and she definitely cares about her clients. I'll definitely be referring her services to my family and friends!
