I’ve lived at this community for 10 years and have experienced both the older apartments and the newly renovated units. I can honestly say I’ve had a very pleasant experience throughout my time here. My current renovated apartment is beautiful and well updated, and I’ve been really happy with the improvements. Maintenance has always responded quickly whenever I’ve needed anything, and any concerns I’ve ever had were handled professionally and in a timely manner. The property has continued to make upgrades over the past year, and it shows. Overall, it’s been a comfortable place to call home, and I appreciate the effort management puts into the community.

Office staff and maintenance are seriously on it - I’m convinced they respond faster than my group chat. Every time I’ve needed something, they’ve handled it quickly and professionally. The apartments are exactly what I need: comfortable, practical, and feel like home the second I walk in the door. Safe to say, I wouldn’t want to call anywhere else home!

I would give no stars if I could for starters they won’t fix mold problems in the apartments when you put a work order in for it. I had a drawer broken 2 months ago and still haven’t gotten it back and they ignore my messages my car has been keyed and Leslie the property manager says it must be a “person problem” cause no one else has had it happen but there are other people. Leslie is a rude disrespectful person she has no business being a property manager she’s very unprofessional and ignores people. Ac gets froze and don’t work constantly they’re terrible apartments run by a terrible property manager

New management took over at the end of 2024 and you can see daily improvements. Nice, clean, updated apartment for a good price.

This place is absolutely terrible. If there was any way possible to leave less than one star i would. 3 months into our 12 month lease. There are no words i could begin using to describe how absolutely awful this place is. Not to mention the terrible attitude of the property manager. Their thermostat caused us to have an electric bill of OVER $600, and has yet to compensate. Our AC is broken, again. That’s not even getting to all of the bugs. We moved in and immediately, there was an ant issue. It took us threatening legal action for them to actually come and start to take care of the ants. There’s also a HUGE roach problem outside. Not because there’s a pool, but because this place DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS RESIDENTS. The pool got shut down by the health department, ants were an issue befor
