Rocky Spring Townhomes

I've been living at Rocky Springs Townhomes for 7 wonderful years now! I really appreciate how safe and clean the community is. Hannah, the leasing office manager, is super helpful, and the maintenance team is fantastic too. It's a great place to call home!

I have lived here for about 7 years and absolutely LOVE it! Hannah is a wonderful property manager, she is quick at getting things done. The maintenance crew are polite and do a great job anytime I’ve needed anything fixed. The neighborhood is quiet and safe! It’s a perfect place to live and I plan on staying as long as I can.

I have lived at Rocky Springs Townhomes for several years and in my opinion, it is the best rental place to live in Woodstock. The townhomes are off the main highway so you are away from any noise and traffic, but yet close to numerous grocery stores, The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta, shopping, dining, breweries and night spots in the downtown Woodstock area, Hwy. 400, and Interstate 575. The location is prime. I have a single car garage and fenced backyard that overlooks a wooded area where I see deer, rabbits and a variety of birds. It is peaceful and of utmost importance, safe. The townhomes themselves are brick and stone, not siding like most of the other rental properties, so very attractive. The Property Manager is professional and always responsive and attends to any issues timely. T

I enjoy living here. I like that the townhomes are spacious with renovated interiors and beautiful fixtures, appliances, flooring and craftsmanship. It’s so nice to have a garage, a fenced in back yard, classic stone and brick exterior and surrounded by woods and a creek all of which is rare. And you cannot beat the location, I love being within just blocks of all the schools, grocery stores, fast food places, banks and Walmart and Target while still being in a quiet safe place that’s well looked after.

We have been here about 5 years … my wife and I are semiretired and wanted a place that was safe and quiet. I will say that the town homes are both. With enough space for family gatherings and enough peace and quiet for us. We love it!!
