First the secretary or whatever she is was super nice and accommodating. After inquiring about a three-bedroom home similar to mine a huge amount of discrimination was felt. They kept trying to raise the bar but I met every single qualification and ultimately in the end figured if these people are going to act this way especially after the history known of the Spoonts family ... He made the whole process very stress-free and easy by outlining the steps, what would come next, and giving me recommendations from his personal experience.
