Rockwood Park

Sunday around 6pm our ac went out. We had called the emergency line (at least 3 different times) since we have animals and it was over 85 degrees in the house. They send you straight to “leaving a message.” We decided to go to the leasing office on Monday. My fiancè spoke with someone who said they would tell maintenance and they should be out in 15 minutes to handle the problem. After we left, she closed the leasing office, and it remained empty the rest of the day. A few hours go by, my partner catches maintenance luckily in person! He had no idea about our apartment, not only that he said he would help. He also just left so we are still, currently, in a house over 90 degrees. Going onto day 2. Please trust and believe they will put their money before your well being. I wrote a review 4 months ago about how my heat was illegally out for over 2 days. We called the emergency line, no answer. We got ahold of Yumi in the office, she closed shop early and didn't tell anyone, as we ran into maintenance hours later after she said they would show up, and they had no idea even hours later. My brother and I have been residents since September of 2024, and while when we first moved in it was a good apartment we had hardly any issues, fast forward to today we have had no A/C since May 29th it’s now June 22nd, they have done every little possible thing to not help us out, we have gone several times in person to the office and we just keep getting the same answers someone will be over to look at it and when they do nothing is done nor is it fixed. We have a single window unit for a two bedroom apartment that isn’t a permanent solution. They told us we would have to get a new unit and okay if so how long is it going to be and when will it be installed because I’m not waiting even longer for A/C. I understand the office and maintenance team doesn’t have to live in these conditions,

The front office at rockwood park apartments was extremely helpful and pleasant when I visited, Jasmine was very informative and knows the property like the back of her hand, the units are very cozy and already feels like home , I even got to see the maintenance team fixing up a few things around the property. This is definitely one of the front runners in my apartment search
