They need to have a emergency number where residents need assistance in case of emergency even when gas heat goes out

Be a good tenant! I don’t get how that’s hard for these people on here. You don’t cause issues, there won’t be any. I have literally 2 bug traps in each room and rarely see any. Neighbors aren’t noisy, nobody’s bothered my car I don’t see what the issue is. I get it, it’s not an ideal living space, but it’s section 8. Not a luxury suit. There’s not a single person in that office that’s misleading. Jill specifically has been good to me and my dad for years.

It’s section 8 housing and y’all expect suites out of it. That’s the problem. Obviously not the ideal place to live, but it ain’t terrible. I like my neighbors, I don’t mess with nobody, nobody messes with me. You people are way too harsh. That place isn’t the Hampton but I’ll gladly take it over being homeless at any time.

Neighbors bring rats and cockroaches to the apartments because they don't clean their places and you can have video proof of it as well as pictures and no one does anything
