We are so thrilled with our townhome. Our sales person Abigail was great through the build process. She kept us informed each week of progress which was so helpful as we were not local. Tom the builder was knowledgeable and patient. Donny has been helping us with the very few, minor issues on our warranty that are going to happen on any new home. They stand by their product and have great follow up. We absolutely love the home itself and the location cannot be beat if you’re a Disney person like we are.

Wow, my new Rockwell Homes townhouse is gorgeous and upscale! The on-site sales and construction team is the best! They are professional, knowledge and a total joy to work with. We recently moved into our new build Rockwell Townhouse at Harvest at Ovation. We looked around at quite a few places in the Horizon West area and Rockwell provided the best made product and was not the cookie cutter townhouse we saw everywhere else. We met Abby and from Day 1 she was incredible! She has been extremely helpful, answered every one of our questions immediately, and is a person that really cares about her clients. After we purchased the house we met Tim, the construction manager. He has been great dealing with our requests and has made sure personally that every detail was attended to as if it were his house. We had a great experience with everybody we dealt with at Rockwell.

We worked with Abby at Rockwell Harvest at Ovation to buy our house and it was an amazing experience. This is our first house in Florida and there was great communication throughout the process and we are so happy with our house. It truly feels like they care and do everything to make it a smooth process. We have been in our house for a week now and have no issues/complaints. The construction manager Donnie has been great throughout the build/move in process as well. Highly recommend if you’re looking to move to Winter Garden.
