AMAZING 5* SERVICE! After contacting several Realtors to sell our Condo, I could not be happier after choosing 'Rockrose Realty'. When I first spoke to 'Susan', a fellow 'Brit', she immediately put me at ease with the complex task of selling our overseas property. I say complex as the Condo was left to us by our late father. unknown to us there was unfilled Estate documents that took quite some time to resolve. Nevertheless 'Susan' stuck by us and still secured a sale despite the difficulties most Realtors will never have to deal with! I really couldn't be happier with 'Susan', 'Rockrose Realty' and all the staff that work there! They all worked very hard and made something that was difficult and turned it into a successful sale!!! Both Susan and Matthew did an outstanding job helping us realize our dream. Not only did they go the extra mile to find us an E2 eligible business to buy, they also got us in contact with just rhe right people to make the visa application process easier and succesfull. Throughout the entire process, which took about 18 months, they prooved to be very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I know where we’re going when we get ready to buy a house!

Horrible. Contacted numerous times for weeks via email and phone with ZERO response. VM full on owners line. Just completely unprofessional. When I did finally get a response, ZERO apology, instead just a demand for a copy of my license via email because the seller demands confidentiality. What about the buyer? In the past 20 years I have literally had encounters with 100's of realtors and never had such lack of professionalism or respect. When I responded and asked for forms to be completed including NDA, again no response, no call. Truly pathetic. To buyers and sellers, there is much better out there.

I would like to thank everyone at Rockrose Realty for all of the guidance you have given my husband and I. It's taken a while to get here to sunny FL, but we are finally here and its great to know that you were there to help us! True thanks for all the help and friendship!!
