The office put the wrong car information in the system, and they towed my daughter in law car, and want pay her money back or credit her in rent. That is against the law, I am trying to reach Attorney Brian Coyen about the office staff. They take advantage of people. Location: 17206 Imperial Valley Dr., Houston. Texas 77060.

Where do I begin? I have been here for 4 wonderful years. I decided not to renew my lease due to me relocating closer to my family in Northwest Houston. I can honestly say this has truly been home to me since moving here to Houston four years ago. Sophia Lawson (Property Manager) is without a doubt the most wonderful manager this property has had since I moved here. Her staff (both the ladies in the office and the maintenance men/ladies) are outstanding. You never have to worry about the workers going in your home while you are not there. I personally would recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious apartment to call home.

Have been here a month so far and love it. If something needs fixing, it gets fixed right away. Very small complex therefore quiet. Apartments are very nice & full size washers. Have had great help from Alex & Mayra up front. I love my home.

Wife and I been here about been here about 5 months I can actually say it's been the best apartment experience we've had. The apartment manager is always polite and helpful. The complex consist of I believe less than 60 apartments so it's very private..highly recommended.

Alex, I will see you in court. You can't sit on my deposit and rent differential! You have never been a nice person since day 1 i met you but i manage your apartment for 15 months. I will definitely get my money in court. Folks don't leave here.....roaches ......sloppy maintenance culture, they will keep painting a bad bathtub .....We manage the place indeed.
