When I moved out which is also recorded Kia told me not to clean the carpet because it was going to be replaced. I had a carpet cleaner and Kia stated not to clean the carpet and she was going to replace it and now trying to say I destroyed the carpet to keep from paying me my deposit. March of 2021...which is also recorded..Kia was informed that the paint on top of the cabinets were chipping off into my food. I asked it could be repainted. She said no. So I place something on top protect the cabinet and to keep paint out of my food. Kia had my car illegally towed and had my bumper snatched from my car. She signed documents to have my car towed and only said sorry and laughed. Til this day my bumper is hanging of my car because Kia had it stolen from the parking lot. Kia moved her frien

Wonderful person spoke with me about a problem I was experiencing online. So helpful. Very rare that someone takes the time to explain things to you anymore. I have dealt with them on 3 occasions, all with superior customer service.

Be careful when dealing with this Company. They are not to be trusted. They are getting sued for trespass on their Camillus project.
