Rockledge Apartments

We’ve lived at Rockledge for almost four years, and it’s been a great place for me and my wife. It’s close to everything we need, the apartments are well kept, and the amenities are solid. A special shoutout to Rick and the rest of the maintenance team. They’re friendly, responsive, and genuinely good people. While Rockledge isn’t perfect, it’s been an excellent home for us during the early years of our marriage.

Buckle up, let's have story time. Disorganized - We were assigned the wrong apartment number 3 times so I had to call utilities 3 times to change the address during our move-in. Unclean/Rodents -During our 1st month we killed a puppy sized rat (see photo) that was making its way from the apartment next to us into ours. This is to blame on the amount of trash that is piled up at each location (photo). Lack of Amenities that are Published- In the 1 year we lived here, we were able to use the clubhouse/amenities for only 10% of the time but CHARGED for shared use 100% of the year. The clubhouse was closed 11/22/22 thru 02/2023

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service from Rick, the apartment maintenance worker. I encountered a persistent leak from my toilet, however, Rick arrived promptly and demonstrated exceptional skill and professionalism in addressing the issue. He not only repaired the leak efficiently but also took the time to install additional parts to prevent any future occurrences, ensuring long-term peace of mind. His attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship were truly impressive. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Rick and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of reliable and effective maintenance solutions. His dedication to customer satisfaction and his ability to resolve problems swiftly and effectively make him an invaluable asset

Rashan from maintenance team was great. A big help. Called me the day I put my issue in. Kept me informed. Tested everything before they left. Didn't mind my good for nothing dog. He was a great person I would happily invite into my home, even when nothing is broken

Julio is always prompt, professional, and efficient with maintenance requests. Lea is welcoming, organized, and consistently provides outstanding customer service.
