Rocking Horse Ranch

have been living at Rocking Horse Ranch for some time now, and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience. From the moment you arrive, you can tell that this is a well-maintained and welcoming community. The grounds are always clean, organized, and taken care of, which makes it a very pleasant place to come home to every day. The apartments at Rocking Horse Ranch are comfortable, spacious, and well designed. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and the staff is always professional, friendly, and helpful. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, they are quick to respond and genuinely care about the residents. I also really appreciate the sense of community here. It is a quiet, safe, and family-friendly environment, and the management often makes an effort

Love this place, I am in my 2nd year living hear and it’s been nice. It’s the type of community you want to come home to after a busy work day. Very quiet and the grounds are always neat and clean. What I really love is although the community are older, the units are updated with a modern image and no pest issues. The Maintenance are very prompt and courteous. It’s very convenient to I 35, and the toll roads. The Kalahari Resort and Dell Diamond and old settler park is less than 7 minutes away. There’s awesome eateries like Schlotzcky deli, Chic fila, and a host of other fine eateries like Salt Traders. There’s two pools on the property and dog parks. Here’s a photo of my place as well

Such a wonderful crew & property! Our team always has nothing but good things to say about this community as Ms. Heather and her bunch in the leasing office are always so accommodating and helpful to any and everyone who comes through - 5 Stars without a doubt!!

When i moved to Texas back in 2019, this was the place we choose, and we refuse to leave!! We are so in love with this apartment that unless we buy our own house, we'll stay here for as long as rent price allowes us. Is so full of trees, wild life and clean! Maintenace crew is the best! Fast and knowledgeable! The office staff is outstanding!! Everyone here is so respectful and lovely!! It's been 4 years and no issues, if something breaks or defective, they will repair it or change it within hours or the next day at most 👌 i would give it 5+ stars if possible. To wrap up, is just in front of H.E.B you can go walking accross the street for groceries if you want to!! I've lived in "luxury" apartments, and none of them hold a candle to my experience at Rocking Horse Ranch. I've been here about 2 years, and the staff is amazing. Very little turnover in the office, staff us very friendly. General maintenance is prompt, usually within 2 days for something routine. They also do quite a bit of preventative maintenance, including blowing extra insulation in the buildings to prepare for winter (see video taken from my patio). It's very quiet, neighbors are friendly, it's clean. I'd rather have a place where I feel safe than all the quartz counters in the world. My lease renews in February, I'm hoping they don't raise the rent too much, because I really would love to stay.
