Rocket Mortgage

The people I have dealt with have been amazing and extremely helpful, BUT rocket mortgage website is awful. Doesn’t load, kicks me out of uploading documents, kicks me out of the help chat, etc. For such a large PROFITABLE company, yall need to put some of those profits towards a half decent website. Also, your underwriters. Never spoke with any of them directly but I was told the underwriters are the ones putting in tasks for me to complete. Repeatedly have received tasks requesting I sign a form I haven’t been provided, last time I checked I can’t sign something I don’t even have but hey maybe I’m just out of touch and I’m the idiot here.

I recently was switched. I hate that I have NO say so!!! These folks don't answer phone. You spend hours just to be d/c or they tell you that you have to call back so that your acct can be updated.. So frustrating they don't and won't do thier jobs!!! You can hardly understand the agents at least the ones I have spoken to. They put you on hold and hang up..Their customer service is extremely below Agerage. They are not very kind. I wish something could be done about this. These people have access to all of our financial info. They work with Mr. Cooper which is the WORST MORTG COMP I KNOW OF!! Our indoor has been compromised. Where is the admin or ppl who monitor calls?? Who is actually working??? I would NEVER recommend a comp that you can't speak to a live person or see someone in person

I had a fantastic experience working with Nathaniel Hines at Rocket Mortgage. Rocket Mortgage is the worst. I was only shopping around for a loan. They collected $500. After a bank dispute they only returned $400. Kept $100 for application. After going with another mortgage they requested me to send them the competitions paperwork. After refusing they repeatly refused to realize they can be beaten by a long shot. I wouldn't recommend using them. They are a corporate company out to make the most of you without a care for the consumer.

I was attempting to look into refinancing my mortgage, beginning the week of December 8, 2025 with Rocket Mortgage and was contacted by Steven Sakar. Mr. Sakar was very demanding that I speak on the phone, even contacting me via email and text after hours, on top of attempting continual phone calls. He wouldn't answer questions in a straightforward manner and answered any question with another immediate phone call, paying no attention to my schedule or prior commitments. He seemed very intent on dodging questions and responded with rudeness and condescension whenever I asked anything. He didn't seem to pay attention to details; getting my name incorrect in email correspondence and seeming annoyed and arrogant when asking for clarification.
