Rocket Close

Recently closed on our home in New Jersey and had a seamless process thanks to closing advisor Jenniffer Adams. Jenniffer was very thorough and on time with communicating the necessary information for the closing process. I truly commend Jenniffer and the team for making this a smooth process to the end.

I wouldn't recommend these guys. It's a discount title company so you get discount service. They are disorganized and late on deadlines with the mortgage lender. I confronted them on one particular issue and they blamed the lender, but I know the lender sent everything quickly and on time. Also, Title Forward/Rocket Close seemed confused by a lot of questions being asked by me and the mortgage lender. The title company also got me confused other people that didn't even have my name. It was weird that the notary that came to the close was texting a David Payne in California that had nothing to do with me. The poor guy in Cali was freaked out that his identity had been stolen or something, which I don't blame him. I don't know why this guy somehow got involved in the closing of the home. Wha

First time home buyer here! We purchased our home in NJ and were taken care of by Lawrence and Charlotte and it was a smooth sailing end to end. Instructions were clear and communication was consistent. Lawrence was also easy to reach via phone for any questions we had during the process.
