I love living at Rockbrook Creek Apartments. I’ve had a very pleasant experience, especially with Valerie and Mickey in the office—they are always welcoming, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Anytime I’ve submitted a maintenance request, the response has been quick and efficient. I’ve also noticed a lot of improvements over the past year, and the property looks beautiful. I truly couldn’t ask for a better office staff. I plan on living here for a few more years before purchasing another home.

We had a wonderful 1 year stay at Rockbrook Creek. The mgmt team was always incredibly responsive and informative - every email was clear, timely, and detailed, and we were never blindsided by any costs or surprises. Everything was communicated upfront, which made the entire experience stress-free. I especially want to highlight Mickey, who was truly a pleasure to work with. She consistently went above and beyond, was always cheerful, and helped us throughout our time here. Her kindness and professionalism really made a difference. Thank you to the entire Rockbrook Creek team for making our stay such a great one! We genuinely appreciated it.

I’ve had a great experience with the maintenance team at this apartment complex. They are always responsive, professional, and courteous. Every maintenance request I’ve submitted has been handled the same day, with issues resolved quickly and efficiently. It really makes a difference living in a place where maintenance is reliable and proactive.

I have lived here for 2 yrs now and my experience started good and is going great! The maintenance team and the pest control team are wonderful. The always take care of my request in a superb fashion. Adonis, on the maintenance team, is extremely helpful, kind, and does well at his job. Thank you to the Rockbrook team!

I’ve had a great experience at Rockbrook Creek Apartments, largely thanks to Valerie, the property manager. She is professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents. Valerie is always quick to respond to questions or concerns and makes sure issues are handled promptly and thoroughly. Her communication is clear, and she goes out of her way to make residents feel welcome and supported. It’s obvious she takes pride in maintaining the community and creating a positive living environment. Having a manager like Valerie makes a big difference, and I truly appreciate everything she does for Rockbrook Creek.
