Disgusting place to live. There are times they will allow the trash containers to be overflowing with trash for 1-2 weeks, assuming due to not paying the trash bill, also changing services twice since this summer. Place is infested with cock roaches that they refuse to properly treat. Their "pest control" is a guy coming in and spraying in 2-3 spots and that's it. Since the flooding happened last summer, several places still have mold and their solution was to have their maintenance workers put dry wall over the mold in our place that was very clearly there. I have good things and bad things to say I start with the good things! Good was that I got approved pretty fast Jasmine helped me with that process and was always very kind and patient with me I also received a great move in special and a little welcome gift (unfortunately jasmine is not in the office anymore) but the other girls in the office are also kind, the apartments are specious and clean (no bugs and the outside property is also clean) and I feel safe here! About some negative things! My apartment was not move in ready on my move in date which was terrible! And I have not even received any credit towards the fact that I had to wait extra 4 days after I signed my lease to be able to be in my apartment!! I put my deposit down 2 weeks before my move in date and they really didn’t f

My process was easy on getting approved for my two bedroom. My son and I are happy with the apartment, Deborah in the office was very kind to us.

Jasmine was absolutely amazing. She greeted us with a beautiful smile every time we came in and was always happy to help, especially since this was our first time going through the process. She answered all of our questions and never got frustrated when we needed clarification. Her knowledge and patience made everything smooth and easy, and we couldn’t appreciate her more.

If I could give this negative stars, I would. The trash hasn’t been picked up in almost a week, and so where are we supposed to take ours out? It’s blown all over the parking lot and causes the entire complex to smell like a landfill. We have had numerous work orders put in for the same issues-including fixing 3 holes that had to be cut out from the walls/ceilings for a major plumbing repair. The plumbing was fixed, but after at least 3 months-the holes are still here. So far we have had 5 mice inside our unit-making me want to throw all of our stuff away so that nothing is moved into our next home. Cannot wait till our lease is up so we can actually feel like we have a home!
