I just started a new job like this week. I called the office to ask if I can pay rent later this month towards the end because I won’t get paid for 2 weeks. The office told me that the latest I could pay was the 18th and the 19th they would go to the courthouse to file an eviction notice. I believe that is just piss poor for a complex to not even give you a chance. I definitely understand if someone is a month or even months behind but asking for a couple weeks extension 🧐 and your deemed an eviction notice.....keep that up and nobody will be here. Seems to me is definitely a we want your money not you type of mentality this place is running.

They are very hard to contact. Most of the time they do NOT return your calls. My dads apartment is infested with ants all over the kitchen. I’ve called several times and even went to the office. Nothing has been done about this. They have had several people working in the office and fired. They are under new management and so far we are still having problems.

Discrimination.. Kept deposit. Poor management. Daughter continnually harrassed because she has a disability. Bad experience. Late filling out lease paper work costing me more money than I should have been paying. Neighbors noisy and lairs.

horrible people...friend moved out to live with me..kept harrassing for payment that he does not have responsibility for. Even sent someone to spy on him!! people that live there are robbed by the management..beware. nosey management. cruel. stay away!!

Management here stole our rent making it look as if we never payed. Under new management but not seeing any improvement...
