Ben thoroughly went through every aspect of my home and made the process very easy. He is highly professional, honest, and takes the time to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner. He was very respectful when it came to coming in/out of my house and kept all debris contained!
We were selling our home and during the inspection, mold was discovered in our attic. Ben and Rock Solid were recommended to us and from the get-go, I knew that this was a company with integrity and I felt I could trust Ben. I am always skeptical because we have been 'worked over' by several contractors - NOT THIS TIME. Ben was responsive EVERY time I called him or texted him. He told me what was going to happen and when - and he was true to his word on everything! He contacted me with pictures after every step of the project (clean up of the mold, Fiberlock, new exterior vents for the bathrooms, and a new ridge vent for the attic (in January!!!). His team was respectful of us and our home and they cleaned up afterward - other than the clean air, you wouldnt know they were here. I recomme
