Rock Hill Apartments

I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone. We've been dealing with a serious mice issue that has been completely ignored. The rodents are still roaming around despite numerous complaints, and nothing has been done to fix the problem. The appliances in the unit are old and constantly malfunctioning. Every time I submit a maintenance request, it's either ignored or shut down without any action taken. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a complex that selectively responds to emails, and most of the time, my requests are simply overlooked. The apartment is also poorly insulated. It's freezing inside, and I can hear everything my neighbors do. In terms of value, this apartment is cheap in price but ridiculously overpriced for what you get. It's definitely not worth the cost conside

I’ve had a great experience living at Rock Hill Apartment. The apartments are clean and comfortable, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The staff is professional and helpful. The location is convenient and the neighborhood feels safe. Highly recommended!

I love living here. I would like to stay. I've had some financial difficulties. Things are better financially. But not quick enough. Please don't evict me. I'm 62. I have no where to go and no family help. Please help me

I had a great experience when I lived here from 2021-2022. Tara in the rental office was a pleasure to speak with, and Boniface (the head of maintenance) was always timely and professional when I needed any work done. My building was clean, and I had good neighbors. I also appreciated the free on-site parking. When I had visitors, they could easily find free street parking as well. The complex is also located in a nice neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. Bus stops and Regional Rail are also within walking distance.

I moved in from Nebraska and Tara, the Manager helped me in every possible way in order to deal with the move. It went absolutely smooth and was amazing. The apartment is fantastic and the management is amazing fixing anything you would like asap. I love the apartment, management, parking spots, gym. The kitchen is of new model and well equipped with appliances and lights. I am glad I moved in here. It is difficult to find apartment online from midwest but must say Tara, was confident while dealing with me and she assured me the best. Indeed it is true! Thank you for all the help, Tara. The Galman group are lucky to have you as the manager of this Rock Hill Apartment property and so are we. The maintenance professional, Boniface is the best in what he does and help you every time possible.
