Rock Creek Woods Apartments

Please see the pictures of mice, mice poop/pee (damaged property), roaches & mold before you even think once about moving into this disgusting place. Not to mention all “management” here are extremely rude, unprofessional and honestly incompetent. I have been asking since I moved here in March 2023 almost a year ago to get this mice INFESTATION taken care of. Anytime I ask for help, I get threatened with fines for having too much stuff on my balcony when my neighbors have way more than myself. Denis is the worst property manager I have ever dealt with. They literally catch attitudes with you for them having an infestation - I’m on the top floor so I know they are everywhere. He will tell you “oh they’re only in your apartment” but his own maintenance and other neighbors told me they are in

Please avoid this place! I went here for a tour and I have never had as terrible of an experience in my LIFE! The man who seemed to be some kind of higher-up treated me with disrespect and suspicion thinking that I was “shopping” for another apartment complex (aka being a spy) all because I asked important questions. He refused to answer or gave me vague answers and looked at me with disgust. If this is how they treat prospective tenants, I can’t imagine what it’s like actually living here.

I was at the pool with my cousins. I had to buy a $100 pass for a family of four but if you only have three family members, you have to buy a different one I was there just swimming like I usually do on Wednesdays but now I’m never gonna go there. The lifeguard saw a kid drowning, and didn’t even help him. The lifeguard told his parents to go help him, but his job is to help the kid when I was getting bullied. The life calls me didn’t even do anything and he was just like just ignoring it like I was nobody and the kids were threatening me about killing me, steal my phone just for some random incident I was playing with my guns. I accidentally hit a kid with the water, but it was just like some little drop of water and they took it too serious. . then they’re waiting for me at the bathroom

Avoid this place at any cost! They tow your car for expired parking stickers before giving you any warning. Also apartment is full of cockroaches and mice and to make matters worse they increase rent and utilities steeply while quality of the place is going down!

Very rude Hispanic woman hung up on me when I called to inquire about the application she never sent me after patienlty waiting for hours. All I did was kindly remind her who I was and she said “yeah, I didn’t forget” and just hung up on me. How rude…after that experience, I won’t be applying anymore. Good riddance! (Her ethnicity is only mentioned for her to be identified within the office. Not relating my experience to race)
