The Management team is very professional and respectful. They go above and beyond to fix any issues that may occur. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Management treats everyone with respect. This apartment complex is honestly a nice complex as long as the residents do their part with keeping it clean. Management like I said are always on top of everything. If elevators go down it's because of residents who over crowd the elevators and then holds the elevator doors open after they are suppose to close. I don't agree with some of the reviews. I will say if the residents will put their trash down the trash shoots and not on the floors in the trash room that will help with the roach issues. I have to say I have lived at RCT for over 30 years. I have no problems with the staff here. I am very happy with the guys in Maintenance. Every time I have a problem they are quick to address it and all are very nice. The office people are very helpful also. Yes, we do have roaches but the exterminator comes around regularly. I have seen a few mice downstream in the basement but never any rats. Also if people would stop propping the door by the trash Area it would help keep the mice/rats out. My major problem with the high rise is the elevator situation. We have 2 main elevators and one freight. For over a year they have been “fixing “ one of the main middle elevators. I have lived here for a long time, and I can't see myself going anywhere. All my friends that use to Iive here wish they was still here too. There is the Metrobus/Rideon bus at my front door shopping every direction I can't go wrong. I miss my 3 bedroom walkin closet but am OK in the highrise. The maintenance team is on time I don't wait a long time for them to come to fix anything. I love how we can go online and put in our request for service. It's the best thing. Happy to see the Basketball court back it's so nice.

This is the worst place anyone could live. The entire building is infested with roaches and mold. The elevators break down literally every single week, sometimes going days without being repaired. Keep in mind, the building has 17 floors with at least 20+ apartment units on each floor—do the math. The building owners send pest control to spray every unit every few months, yet the roach problem only seems to get worse. Not to mention, those VERY chemicals are harmful, but they get away with it because many residents can’t afford to move to a better apartment. If they tried this anywhere else, they’d be sued. Additionally, they enter your apartment without notice almost every two weeks to "fix" something or change filters, which is ironic because the apartments are full of mold. I wish I wer

The management is suck my experience at Rock creek terrace Apartments has been a complete disaster. To many roaches and rats, people from management office entire to my unit without notice. Low income residents are treated so badly , as they pay your rent. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to think twice before committing to a lease here. The lack of professionalism and accountability is truly astounding.
