worst experience I've ever had. 1 inch of ice on windows during the freeze due to enormous draft. Staff is nasty. Dog poop everywhere. It is offensive during the summer. I could write a book, just be smart and stay away

My experience at RockCanyon was a very good one. Three years there. Maintenance came in a very timely manner. The front staff was very attentive and friendly and I absolutely loved my apartment. I lived in a corner in the back and it was so peaceful. The only reason I moved out is because I moved to a house. Otherwise, I would’ve stayed there.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. The apartment complex is disgusting and infested with roaches. They are also crooked. They will trump up a bunch of false charges on you when you move out to make you pay for the much needed improvements for the apartment. Instead of taking care of anything, all they do is paint over the rotting wood and rusting metal to make it appear new. They over charge tenants when they move out and make them pay for upgrades. Do not move here. They are not truthful. There is also a lot of noise and partying is allowed. Not just regular get togethers but full on club style parties that last to 2 or 3 in the morning. No matter how much people complain, the parties continue. Do yourself a favor and don't deal with this trifling complex.

everyone in the office is so nice, the nice neighbors are a plus! also maintenance always comes within a day of a request. definitely recommend coming if you’re looking for a new place to call home

I’ve only been in the complex for a month and a half and so far I’m not happy. And DEFINITELY NOT COMFORTABLE. Upon moving in I was told the unit was cleaned and was NOT warned of a roach INFESTATION. If so I would have at least requested for the unit to be bombed before moving in. So far I’ve had roaches coming from corners in the mini pantry in the kitchen. I’ve had them come from under the baseboards behind the refrigerator and stove (AS SHOWN IN PICTURES) and I’ve also started to see a few in the DISHWASHER! HOW?? I can’t even trust that my food and eating utensils aren’t being crawled on by ROACHES WHILE WE ARE AWAY! It’s disgusting. For 1000 a month… very disappointing. I only give 2 stars because the layout of the unit is nice and I enjoy the patio area. Those are the two stars.. I
