I have lived here 2 years and love it. Michelle is a great manager, she always addresses any problems very quickly and is always pleasant. Freddie is the best maintenance man, always gets to any maintenance issues fast and is great to talk to.

Moved in at the end of September 2024, i have to say it’s a great place to live, my son and my dog love to go for walks around the complex, everyone i’ve met has been super nice! I feel safe due to knowing we have cops that are our neighbors. I love that my dog has a little patio to go outside and sunbathe.

We have lived here going on two years and love the place. I’ve not had any problems with management at all. If and when I had a problem the managers took care of it right away. The one time I had a maintenance issue they got right on it and took care of it with not hassle. We always had a place to park as well. Lots of folks enjoyed the pool last summer and had several family bbqs inside the pool grounds. My dogs love the place and 99 % of people here have friendly dogs. Only dog issue I know of was from a neighboring apartment. We are provided pet care stations and most dog owners clean up after Fido does his business but you will always have those that won’t whenever you go. Just moved here! Very attentive to anything I may need and immediate maintenance service! People are SO friendly who live here too! So far it’s been a great place!! Looking forward to the pool opening Friday!!

Don’t make the same mistakes I did. This place is terrible, the management is unprofessional. The parking is a nightmare, there is never a place to park especially if you have to work late. I asked for them to help fix a parking issue and was ignored. The management makes sure they have an assigned spot to park though. If you plan to move here to use the pool, don’t. It is never cleaned or opened. When I say not clean, I mean it is always GREEN. The whole summer it was open maybe 3 or 4 weeks and when it was open it was not sparkle clean like an apartment pool should be cleaned. There is also dog feces everywhere and the grounds are never clean. There is always trash everywhere and don’t get me started on the USED CONDOMS found on the property while walking my dogs.
