I have been living at Rochester Village Apartments for 8 months, and my experience has been amazing. It is a wonderful, pet-friendly community with a dog park and a very family-friendly environment. There is a playground for kids, a gym, and a barbecue area. The location is excellent, very close to a park for those who enjoy walking, running, or even fishing. It is also near the best and most essential stores. On top of all that, the apartments offer covered parking and an Amazon locker, which is very convenient. The office staff and maintenance team are always polite, attentive, and very helpful. I highly recommend this community.
Rent prices keep going up which is frustrating considering the hallways are dirty, and the carpet smells like dog pee all over the building. They also keep the building at 82 degrees so you are constantly running your AC which hikes up your electricity bill. I should not have to run the AC all night when it’s 60 degrees outside, and people shouldn’t feel overheated simply walking to their door. Just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, management put a large sticker on my drivers window because I forgot to give them my new vehicles information for the garage. Not even 24 hours after getting the vehicle. It obstructs my view and I can not drive my vehicle because the giant sticker will not come off. He laughed when we asked him to take it off and refuses to give us his higher ups info. Wi
Donald was beyond helpful! Our relocation would have been very stressful, but he bent over backwards to help us with everything we needed to make a big move from Atlanta. We could not be more happy with our new home thanks to Donald!
This is by far the worst apartment complex I’ve ever seen. It’s not modern. Nothing is kept up to date in regards to appliances. The trash dumpster’s are completely filled and overflowing! The rancid smell of FILTH is overwhelming. The bushes are never maintained. In the back parking lot multiple poles are BROKEN! This grand illusion in the front entrance that it’s very welcoming through the store fronts. You think wow this is fabulous but it’s nothing but a Façade absolutely because the building’s are extremely dirty the cleaning crews that are hired don’t clean! They post personal LETTERS ON the FRONT door for anyone to see other peoples business. This is a pass ! Keep moving forward if your looking for a modern well kept apartment for this PRICE POINT!
I would like to inform Morgan Properties that they lose renters because they do nothing to improve their rentals but continue to raise the rents at unbelievable amounts based on the market. People are paying more in rent at Rochester Village at Park Place than what they get in return. Renters could move into a brand-new apartment at Meeder, Felson and other apartment complexes in the area for the same amount of rent and have new flooring, new appliances, building security and amenities. Morgan doesn't care about their tenants only about how much money they can rip them off for. The rent increases make absolutely no sense you can be increased anywhere from $60.00 to $250.00 a year (the average is $150.00). They give no consideration for long time loyal renters or renters that have paid
