Rochester Heights

After moving out, it took them over a month to mail out my deposit refund check, even though Minnesota requires deposits to be refunded within 21 days of tenancy ending. When I emailed them about it a month after moving out, they claimed that they were waiting for a signature on the check. When I finally did get the check in the mail, the printed date on the check was 8 days after my move out date, so apparently it takes them over 3 weeks to get one person to sign a refund check. Glad I never have to deal with this company again.

lived here for a few years and it was an overall pleasant experience. darcy and the maintenance team do a great job at communicating and making sure things get taken care of. for the price i think it was a great place to live and the location is super convenient as well.

Thus far, I have been very pleased with the apartment I am in, the nice land it is on, and the attentive staff. The halls do not stink like old carpets and stinky food and they are not dingy but bright. My apartment was clean at my move-in which was not the case of my last two places. I was prepared to spend the day cleaning. Instead, I got to go pick out new furniture. My neighbors are super nice. I think the walking paths are nice to enjoy walks with my dog and meet new neighbors with their dogs. All positives for Rochester Heights.

I am so happy to call this place my home! The units and grounds are maintained weekly and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a safe and quiet place to live

I was really surprised by some of these reviews, so I thought I'd add my own experience. I've lived in Timberland Heights (now Rochester Heights) since 2021. I never really had an issue with Timberland, but contrary to some of these reviews - I've never had a problem with Pergola either. Since the change in ownership, we now have secure locks on all of our buildings, and fancy package lockers we can access on our own time. Much more secure than it used to be under Timberland, and because things are locked I see less random things in the stairwells, opened packages from porch thieves, etc. My building is quiet and secure.
