Robinson Illinois Secretary of State Facility

The women working there don't seem to have a sense of humor unless you are a man that comes in spewing compliments. The woman that waited on me was like a robot. There was nobody waiting yet there were 5 employees. What a waste of tax payers money. No wonder the tag fees are so high, (the highest state I have ever lived in out of the 8 I've lived in) paying for dead weight at these government offices. Reduce the fees and let some people go!

Got amazing service here. They are very friendly and informative. Was in and out in about 10 minutes. Definitely a joy to deal with. Thanks

6 stations only 1 staffed, waiting area full finally added a second. About what I expected from a government office.

I went in to get my title transferred from out of state and get plates, as well as a new ID. I believe the woman who helped me was Miss(Mrs.) Clark. She was so helpful and sweet. Definitely going here instead of Paris from now on. Thank you for the wonderful experience compared to my past experiences with other DMVs

How long have you been in the business of failing young drivers who save your testers damn life, due to an incompetent driver on the road, while giving a drivers test?! This facility not only has the most incompetent people I've ever witnessed in any state facility like this but they are having fun doing it at the expense of others feelings and I sat and watched this for hours today! I am so angry with this lousy place that not only have I made my complaint to the BBB but I am also forwarding my complain to the city Mayor's office! This incompetence, rude and disrespectful treating of customers and high and mighty attitudes, just about all the women in that facility has, has got to stop!
