I purchased my home new construction was told it’s a 3 car garage when it’s 2 plus a golf cart can’t park 3 cars , house is 3 years now and foundation is cracking and it’s not settlement cracks , craftsmanship was terrible and they try to cover it up . Many more issues . Terrible people to deal with and on top of that they still hold the HOA hostage They have not turned it over to the homeowners sure there’s a reason why for that . Family has built many homes before this is the worst one
