I moved in about two months ago and absolutely love it so far! Amy and Will have been incredibly honest, professional, and punctual. During my application process, Amy answered all of my questions quickly and was also very upfront about the apartment's condition before I moved in, as the previous tenant had a pet. They attempted to clean the carpets to remove the pet smell, but were unable to. The day before I was supposed to move in, Amy contacted me to inform me of the situation and to tell me that she would like to replace the carpet with plank flooring. I had to wait an extra week for the new flooring, but Amy made sure the apartment was perfect and that the process went as smoothly as possible. I was looking for an apartment closer to my job as I work in Lee Summit and found Robin Hills Apartments Amy Alexander was very professional, from start to finish in, assisting me in getting my paperwork started and transitioning into my new apartment. Amy was able to assist me with the move-in as quickly as possible! Any time I had a question, she was available, even if it required over the phone. If the apartment needs repairs, she is quick to get the issue resolved as soon as possible. Apartment building is clean, fully renovated, and spacious. Safe location. Plenty of parking.

My entire experience with Robin Hills was great! When I called and told them what I was looking for the information was shared over the phone then I was offered a tour. The application was easy and also I had problems with attaching my documents and Amy helped me get everything completed. Amy is so nice and she completed my walk through with me and made sure everything met my standards as a new tenant.
