We had a profoundly disappointing experience with the property management of the house we rented. Initially, they informed us that the house was being sold, only to later put it up for rent at $200 more per month—a price we could have afforded. This felt deceitful and dishonest. Our interactions with Melissa, a representative from the management company, were particularly distressing. During one visit, she rudely opened our closets and loudly criticized the cleanliness of our home, calling it "disgusting" and "nasty." This was not only unprofessional but deeply hurtful, especially since we always kept the house clean and tidy. We were charged half of our deposit for additional cleaning and branch removal, which felt unjustified. Melissa's behavior was consistently unpleasant and unrespon

Nicki Schwartz is an absolute dream to work with. She was ready to respond to questions throughout the day and evening. She was able to explain everything thoroughly as she is extremely knowledgeable about the homebuying process. She also keeps herself appraised of the current market to better answer questions on homes, values, insurance, and more. She made sure everything flowed as easily as possible and anticipated potential issues. She was also on top of any changes and addendums that were needed. Essentially she was Great and we are so glad she was our realtor. We would recommend her to anyone going through the home buying or selling process!

If you love Ocala, you will love Roberts Realty because they ARE Ocala. Son John Roberts was the best realtor we've ever had, and we've moved plenty of times. Excellent communication, high integrity, thorough research and blanketing of Ocala with advertisements on our home, and a pleasant demeanor made him worth every penny. Our home sold to the first person that walked in our door. Thanks to John, our home was priced right so that negotiating was minimal, and the photographer did a great job making our house look its best. But I think the best advice he had was to not over-think it. Easy peasy:)
