I wouldn't have given them one but that's the only way I could write a review!! Chris jones is very very rude, when this person came to my home he was very short and disrespectful to me when I asked questions on how the process worked, he acted as if he couldn't be bothered. I'm a 100 percent disabled Iraq/Afghanistan combat veteran who was attempting to refinance my va loan so I could get much needed new windows and siding installed. Mr. Jones failed to properly calculate my homes square footage then used homes in the area with this low square footage to compare my home to, causing the value to be deflated. All this then refused to fix his "estimate" or repay the $500.00 fee. Robert jones and associates should feel pretty bad about themselves fleecing Americas disabled Combat Veterans!!
