I know someone that lives there and has been without her for 3 days. They don't seem to care the Manager always blames the person complaining in the complaint and it's 4 degrees outside not exceptable
Why have this part on the website if it’s not true? I called and I let the lady on the phone know, she just seemed ready to get off the phone.
Every person I have ever encountered who works here has always been so friendly.
Victor Cottingham and Louise ? property asset management, did their jobs very professional, they listened to my complaints neither of them looked down upon me , treated me with respect and took the appropriate action.. very professional
