Robert C. White & Company: Residential Property Management

I’ve had a great experience working with Robert C Write Property Management for the past few years. Huge shoutout to my guy Vince. His ability to communicate clearly, stay proactive, and actually execute sets him apart. He's been incredibly helpful in stabilizing a property with difficult tenants, and overseeing substantial improvement work along the way. Highly recommend.

Property owner here. This is my first experience with a property management company from the landlord side. Lance and the team have been good with communication and addressing issues that have come up (repairs, late rent, etc). They found us a tenant who is taking good care of the property. The tenant also renewed for a 3rd year. I'm happy with our decision to go with RCW.

I have been a tenant of this company for 2 years and just signed my 3rd lease with them. The company has been very good to me especially my property manager Lance. The communication is great and any issues I have had have been taken care of with no problems.Lance always helps with communication with the owner of the property who also has been amazing and forgiving and I am grateful for that!!!

I was a bit lost choosing the right Property Management company. I usually like to get recommendations from word of mouth, but with this matter I had to do my own research. This company is easy to work with and guides you along the way. Melissa was very personable and persistent from the first day I met her. She explained the process well. All the team members work good together and have been very helpful. If you are new to the world of property management I would definitely recommend this company.

I applied for a rental property through this company and paid the application and credit check fees, only to have my application denied based on false credit information that Diana and Andrew communicated to the landlord. They claimed I had “two negative car loans” on my credit report, which is completely false. I even provided proof showing that the account they referenced is 100% current, with no past due balance and a perfect on-time payment history. I also recently financed a nearly $20,000 vehicle — which clearly wouldn’t be possible if my credit were as poor as they suggested. Despite this evidence, they went ahead and shared incorrect information with the landlord, which led to my denial. This is not only misleading but also unethical, especially after collecting nonrefundable fee
